Material changes to any figure are logged here with a date. A price that moves because the provider changed it is an update; a price that moves because we had it wrong is a correction, and the two are not the same thing.

2026-08-11 — Henry Meds tirzepatide: record withdrawn as unrankable

Our record carried Henry Meds tirzepatide at $179 a month, flat, sourced to two dated third-party captures. Direct verification found no injectable tirzepatide product at Henry Meds at all. Its tirzepatide is an oral dissolving tablet sold only as a $1,047 three-month supply, with no month-to-month rate published; the widely-quoted $179 figure applies to liraglutide or to the twelve-month prepaid term, not to a standing monthly tirzepatide rate.

The record is now marked unrankable on the tirzepatide basis, because an oral dissolving tablet is a different delivery route and is not comparable to an injection-maintenance figure. Henry Meds has been removed from every tirzepatide ranking and from the Value Score board. Its semaglutide figure was corrected upward from a $179–$297 plan range to $297 a month, now checkout-verified, and its dispensing pharmacy is recorded as Tailor Made Compounding.

This is the kind of error a computed leaderboard is supposed to surface: the figure was internally consistent and twice-sourced, and still wrong.
