How we know

Ownership & funding disclosure

Who runs this site, how it makes money, and the architecture that keeps the money out of the rankings. Linked from the foot of every page.

Who operates this site

telehealthglp1guide.com is operated by Ieldas Inc. It publishes educational pricing information only. It is not a healthcare provider, a pharmacy, a regulator or a government agency.

How this site makes money

Some outbound links to providers are affiliate links, and this site may earn a commission if you sign up after clicking one. You pay the same price either way. This disclosure is made under the Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255).

NexLife is a disclosed commercial partner. Outbound links to it carry rel="sponsored"; every other provider's links carry rel="nofollow". Its current rate card was supplied to our desk directly, which is why its figures carry operator-stated status — deliberately weaker than verified — until we complete an independent checkout capture.

That status is not cosmetic. It costs NexLife six of the fifteen evidence points in the Value Score at every build. Its current computed standing is therefore: tirzepatide: ranked 1 of 24 with a Value Score of 94.0; semaglutide: ranked 5 of 26 with a Value Score of 89.0.

The categories NexLife does not win are named, on this page and on its own record page: lowest all-in month-to-month on semaglutide, held by bmiMD; lowest dose-flat price on semaglutide, held by bmiMD; lowest twelve-month cost on semaglutide, held by bmiMD; lowest twelve-month cost on tirzepatide, held by Trimi; lowest with no membership fee on semaglutide, held by bmiMD.

Why the money cannot reach the rankings

Not because we promise it does not. Because of how the site is built: rankings are minima computed over a dataset at build time, the dataset is published under CC BY 4.0 in full, the scoring formula is published and re-runnable, promotional rates are labelled with standard rates stored beside them, every figure prints its evidence status, and every material change is logged in the corrections log. Anyone who thinks a ranking is wrong can download the data and demonstrate it.
