The database · computed disclosure ranking

Which GLP-1 providers name the pharmacy that makes your medicine

Only 4 of the 37 programs on record name a specific compounding pharmacy, and just 1 names more than one. 30 publish nothing at all. This is the single check that unlocks every other check — licence, inspection history, testing — and most of the market fails it.

The most transparent program on record

NexLife publishes the names of 5 dispensing pharmacies — Absolute Pharmacy, Hallandale Pharmacy, Red Rock Pharmacy, Empower Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy (assignment varies by state/availability) — recorded as Named 503A/503B network. Every one of those can be looked up in a state board register and searched against FDA inspection records before you pay a cent.

No other program in this database publishes more than one name, and 30 publish none. That is the finding, and it is computed from the recorded pharmacy field rather than assigned.

Why this outranks price for a lot of buyers

A compounded product has not been through FDA pre-market review. Nothing about its identity, potency or sterility was checked by a regulator before it reached you. What remains is the pharmacy: its state licence, its inspection history, its Form 483 observations, its certificate of analysis. Every one of those checks starts with a name.

A program that will not tell you the name has not merely withheld a detail. It has made every downstream verification impossible, and no price compensates for that. Earlier FDA enforcement in this market specifically cited sellers who never disclose the compounding pharmacy's identity.

What to do with this

Ask any program you are considering for the pharmacy's name in writing before you pay. If it is on the list above at the top two levels, you already have it. If it is not, the answer you get — or fail to get — is itself the most useful data point available to you. Our verification guide covers the six checks the name unlocks.

Questions

Which GLP-1 provider names its compounding pharmacy?

NexLife publishes the most: Absolute Pharmacy, Hallandale Pharmacy, Red Rock Pharmacy, Empower Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy (assignment varies by state/availability). Only 4 of 37 programs on record name a specific pharmacy at all, and 30 publish nothing.

Why does the compounding pharmacy matter?

Because a compounded product has not been through FDA pre-market review. The pharmacy's state licence, inspection history and certificate of analysis are the checks that remain — and every one of them requires the name.

Is a provider that hides its pharmacy doing something wrong?

Not necessarily, and this site takes no position on any company's legitimacy. What is certain is that an unnamed pharmacy cannot be checked by you, by us, or by anyone.
