How we know

Data & downloads

The whole dataset behind this site is downloadable, under CC BY 4.0. The rankings are computed from these files at build time, so anyone can re-run them and get the same answers.

Files

  • providers.json — the full nested dataset, including every dose curve and its per-point basis.
  • providers.csv — one row per program per medication, flattened for spreadsheets.

What is in it

Per program: type, membership, shipping, consultation, commitment, cancellation terms, pharmacy and pharmacy type, states served, insurance stance, and brand medications carried. Per medication: whether it is offered, form, advertised start price, all-in maintenance price, plan tiers, twelve-month total and its basis, the dose curve, evidence status, capture date and source.

The dose curve field

Each point on a dose_curve carries a basis: published where the provider stated that exact price at that exact dose, flat where the provider states one price applying at every dose, and unpublished where nothing was stated. A price is never interpolated, so a consumer of this data can distinguish a known price from an absent one.

Citation

Attribute to Telehealth GLP-1 Guide, telehealthglp1guide.com, dataset v2026-08-11, and carry the capture date and evidence status with any figure you quote. Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are not FDA-approved products; any citation of a compounded price should say so.
