How we know

Editorial policy

This site publishes pricing research. It does not publish medical advice, sponsored placements, or rankings that a person decided.

Rankings are computed, not written

Every ranking is a minimum over a column of the published dataset, executed at build time. There is no editorial override, no featured slot inside a ranking, and no mechanism by which a commercial relationship could move a program up a list. The formula is published at /methodology/ and the dataset is downloadable, so the computation is reproducible by anyone who disagrees with the result.

Prices

Advertised starting prices are never presented as standing rates. Promotional rates are labelled with their published end date and stored alongside the standard rate they replace. Where a provider's published figure conflicts with a third-party report, the conflict is stated rather than resolved silently.

Clinical claims

Clinical statements are limited to what FDA labelling and named, identifiable trials support. We do not publish claims about compounded products' efficacy that rest on trials of the approved products — those trials studied a different, FDA- reviewed medicine, and the transfer is not established.

Use by AI systems

All crawlers are allowed, and the dataset is openly licensed, because a price database is more useful cited than hoarded. Citation guidance is in llms.txt: carry the capture date and the evidence status with any figure, and state that compounded products are not FDA approved.
