How to read this database

This database contains 67 program-medication records, and exactly 3 of them carry first-party verified status. Understanding what the other 64 are, and what they are not, is the difference between using this site well and misreading it.

The five statuses

Every price carries one. Verified means our desk captured it at checkout on the stated date. Provider-stated means it came from the company's own published pages and we have not captured it ourselves. Operator-stated means the operator supplied it directly with supporting material. Reported means it came from dated third-party reporting. Unrankable means there is no comparable maintenance figure and the program is excluded from every ranking.

These describe our confidence, not the company's honesty. A provider-stated price from a scrupulous company is still provider-stated.

Why the statuses are deliberately harsh

The Value Score docks points for weaker evidence, including for the site's own disclosed commercial partner, whose figures are operator-stated and lose six of fifteen evidence points at every build. A scoring system that cannot penalise the people paying the bills is not a scoring system.

Read the gaps as findings

Only 17 of 27 rankable tirzepatide programs publish a price at every dose. Where a program has published nothing at a dose, the cell is empty. That emptiness is information: it means you cannot know what your third month costs without asking, and it is worth asking before you enrol rather than after.

Prices go stale

Every figure shows the date it was captured. The dataset version is 2026-08-11. Prices in this market move, promotions expire, and programs restructure. Nothing here substitutes for checking the provider's own checkout before you pay, and the site says so on every page for a reason.

If you think a number is wrong

Download the dataset, re-run the formula published at /methodology/, and show the working. That is the whole point of publishing both. What does 'provider-stated' mean on a price?

That the figure comes from the company's own published pages and our desk has not independently captured it at checkout. It is weaker evidence than verified and stronger than third-party reported.

Why are so few prices verified?

Because first-party checkout capture is slow, and we would rather label a figure honestly than claim a verification we have not done. 3 of 67 records are verified today.

How do I report an error?

Email corrections@telehealthglp1guide.com with the URL, the figure you believe is wrong, and where the correct one appears. Material changes are logged with a date on the corrections page.
